For the best results, wash your closure or frontal before installation to remove any residue from manufacturing and shipping.To maintain its beauty and longevity:Wash every other week or as needed using a sulfate-free shampoo.Deep condition weekly to maintain softness and moisture.Gently detangle from the ends to the roots using a wide-tooth comb.Avoid applying heavy oils, conditioners, or styling products directly to the lace.Allow the hair to air dry whenever possible.Store your closure or frontal in a clean, dry place when not in use.With proper care, your Salience Lux Raw Indian Hair closures and frontals can provide beautiful, long-lasting performance while maintaining their natural look and feel.

Do I need to wash my bundles before installation?

No. All Salience Lux Raw Indian Hair bundles are pre-washed and conditioned before shipment using a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner as part of our quality control process.We currently use TGIN sulfate-free Shampoo and Conditioner for our Raw Straight bundles and Kristin Ess sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner for our Raw Wavy, Raw Loose Curly, and Raw Curly bundles; however, products used during preparation are subject to change without notice. Regardless of the specific products used, every bundle is cleansed and conditioned to ensure it meets our quality standards before arriving to you.We do recommend washing all closures and frontals before installation to remove any residue from the manufacturing and handling process and to prepare the lace for customization and installation.

No. Because our hair is 100% Raw Indian Hair sourced from individual donors, each bundle is naturally unique. Slight variations in wave pattern, curl pattern, color, and texture are expected and are a hallmark of authentic raw hair.

Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Yes. Since this is 100% raw human hair, it can be professionally colored. We strongly recommend having a licensed stylist perform any chemical services to maintain the integrity of the hair.

Does the hair shed or tangle?

Minimal shedding is normal with any hair extentions. With proper installation and care, tangling and shedding are very minimal.
